Description of Praseodymium Sputtering Target

PraseodymiumPraseodymium is a chemical element originated from the Greek ‘prasios didymos’ meaning green twin. It was first mentioned in 1885 and observed by A. von Welsbach. “Pr” is the canonical chemical symbol of praseodymium. Its atomic number in the periodic table of elements is 59 with location at Period 6 and Group 3, belonging to the f-block. The relative atomic mass of praseodymium is 140.90765(2) Dalton, the number in the brackets indicating the uncertainty.
