Stanford Advanced Materials supplies a variety of high quality elemental and composite evaporation materials in a full range of purities and dimensions to suit any customer needs. We can supply by the gram, kilogram, troy ounce, pound, pellet and spool in any of our available purities.
SAM can customize Nitride ceramic targets with specific chemical compositions and geometric sizes. Nitride, any of a class of chemical compounds in which nitrogen is combined with an element of similar or lower electronegativity, such as boron, silicon, and most metals.
Typical sizes: 1″ or 2″ diameter or larger (maximum diameter 500 mm)
Typical Purity: 99%, 99.9%, 99.95%, 99.99%, or higher purity
Applications: physical vapor deposition (PVD) of thin films, laser ablation deposition (PLD), magnetron sputtering for semiconductor, display, LED and photovoltaic devices.
